Mayer earned a master's degree in computer science fromStanford University. 37-year-old woman is also known for her loveof fashion. In 2009, she married real estate investor, ZacharyBogue, and now thecouple is expecting their first child due to be born in October. Before joining Yahoo, Mayer worked at Google in 1999 asemployee number 20 and became the firstfemale engineer. For 13 years he worked with Google, and isa technician, product managers, andexecutives. Mayer played a key role in GoogleSearch, Google Images, Google News, GoogleMaps, Google Books, Google Product Search, Google Toolbar, iGoogle and Gmail. Mayer was also instrumental in the main page layout engineGoogle plain white with no decoration. After13 years on, OnJuly 16, 2012 finally Mayer was appointed President and CEO of Yahoo!and is also a member of the board of directors of the company.  |
