Be sure to get a reservation because it will be very busy in the restaurant, and was prepared to wait a while. I remember one year my husband and I had reservations and still waited nearly two hours to sit down! -Make a nice dinner at home. This is a simpler option, as there is no waiting in a crowded restaurant. Make a nice dinner for you both and rent a romantic movie. -Send flowers or gift baskets. It is always nice to receive something in the front door today; you can order both online and send it to the recipient. Perform day-trip. If you both can go down the work, it might be fun to make that day! Go to the nearby attractions or just do something locally that you both enjoy. It could be very good if you live in warm climates. You can take a walk on the beach or a picnic. - If you do not live somewhere warm, you can still have indoor picnic. Out the plaid tablecloth and a vase of roses and have to eat on the floor. Have a picnic lunch or a nice dinner. -If you are married, leaving little love notes around the house for your partner to find. There are many things you can do to make it a special day without it being expensive. If you have been trying to figure out what to do on Valentine's Day, try one of the suggestions above. And make it a fun day!  |
