European stocks increasingly chaotic

A commercial aircraft crashed in the city of Lagos, Nigeria, on Sunday. All crew and passengers were killed after the plane went down and hit a building in a densely populated district.

According to Reuters, the death toll at as many as 147 people on board. Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority revealed that the plane was owned airline Air Fund. Unclear whether there are people killed by the plane and how many.

The airline Air Fund revealed that the plane crashed it was a McDonnell Douglas MD-83. The accident occurred at 14:44 local time near the airport Murtala Muhammed, Lagos.

Ahead of the crash, the plane seemed prepared to land in Lagos. Serving the route from the capital Abuja to Lagos, the plane crashed in the district of IJU, which lies to the north of the airport.

Until now, it was reported that the aircraft black box has not been found by the police.

Director General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Dr. Harold Demuren, confirmed that all the passengers had died. "I came to find out what had happened but a sad situation," he said.
